Postala je poznata \u0161irom Amerike kao Holivud dijeta.<\/p>\n<p>Sa ne vi\u0161e od 800 kalorija na dan grejpfrut dijeta ima osnovnu funkciju da ubrza metabolizam. U to vreme nutricionisti su bili skepti\u010dni, smatrali su da je grejpfrut dijeta.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->S obzirom na datum nastanka dijete, dovoljno je vremena pro\u0161lo da popularnost oscilira. Skoro sve dijete koje se ve\u017eu za Holivud i poznate li\u010dnosti \u010desto su preuveli\u010dane i deluju kao da je magi\u010dna pilula u pitanju. Neretko su i veoma rigorozne i opasne. Da li je i ova dijeta jedna od takvih?<\/p>\n<p>\u0160to se ti\u010de gubitka kilograma poslednja studija je pokazala njenu efikasnost.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Studija na 100 gojaznih osoba<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Studija je izvedena na Scripps Clinic u San Dijegu. Dodavanjem grejpfruta i sokova od grejpa stvarno mo\u017eete\u00a0da potpomognete smanjenju vi\u0161ka kilograma. Ali za razliku od rigorozne verzije grejpfrut dijete iz 80-ih , modernija nau\u010dno zasnovana verzija ove dijete nam pokazuje da za sli\u010dne efekte nisu potrebna prevelika odricanja.<\/p>\n<p>Sa ne vi\u0161e od 800 kalorija na dan grejpfrut dijeta ima osnovnu funkciju da ubrza metabolizam i smanji kilograme. U to vreme nutricionisti su bili skepti\u010dni, smatrali su da je grejpfrut dijeta mit i da je opasna po zdravlje zbog premalog unosa kalorija tokom dana.<\/p>\n<p>Predvodnik studije Dr Fujioka je bio iznenadjen rezultatima istra\u017eivanja:\u201dIznenadjen sam, toliko godina ljudi pricaju od Grejpfrut dijeti, i mi kona\u010dno imamo rezultate kojima mo\u017eemo da potvrdimo efikasnost dijete. U\u010desnici studije nisu menjali re\u017eim ishrane tokom studije, jedina promena je bila to \u0161to smo uvrstili malo fizi\u0107ke aktivnosti, sokove i koktel od grejpfruta.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Studija je obuhvatila 100 gojaznih ljudi koji su bili podeljeni u 3 grupe. Prva grupa jela je pola grejpfruta pre svakog obroka 3 puta na dan. Druga grupa pila je sok od grejpfruta pre svakog obroka. Treca grupa nije konzumirala grejpfrut uop\u0161te.<\/p>\n<p>Danas postoje mnogi dokazi koji pokazuju efikasnost na smanjenje kilograma ali samo na kratko, jer se posle dijete ve\u0107ina vrati na prethodni re\u017eim ishrane.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Rezultati:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Nakon 12 nedelja \u010dlanovi\u00a0<strong>prve grupe<\/strong>\u00a0su u proseku\u00a0<strong>izgubili 1.63 kg<\/strong>\u00a0na te\u017eini, \u010dlanovi<br \/>\n<strong>druge grupe<\/strong>\u00a0su u proseku\u00a0<strong>izgubili 1.49 kg<\/strong>, dok su \u010dlanovi\u00a0<strong>tre\u0107e grupe<\/strong>\u00a0izgubili samo<strong>\u00a00.22 kg<\/strong>. Ali to nije jedina dobra strana ove pri\u010de. Nau\u010dnici su ustanovili da \u010dlanovi prve i druge grupe koji su konzumirali grejpfrut su imali ni\u017ei nivo insulina \u0161to mo\u0161e da smanji rizik od pojave dijabetesa.
