Bobice aronije mogu se konzumirati sve\u017ee ili dodati kao sastojak u nekoliko jela kao \u0161to su pite, sokovi i \u010daj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veruje se da ove bobice imaju mnoge zdravstvene prednosti, uklju\u010dujuc\u0301i svojstva protiv raka. Visok sadr\u017eaj polifenola u aroniji je odgovoran za vec\u0301inu predlo\u017eenih zdravstvenih koristi. U stvari, prema pregledu iz 2015. godine u Food Technologi &amp; Biotechnologi, prethodna istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da aronija ima najvec\u0301i sadr\u017eaj polifenola u pore\u0111enju sa 143 druge biljke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovaj \u010dlanak se fokusira na istra\u017eivanje potencijalnih zdravstvenih koristi od bobica aronije i pratec\u0301e dokaze za svaku korist. Dok su svi ekstrakti inhibirali rast c\u0301elija raka, aronija je pokazala najja\u010de dejstvo. Druga <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/19444773\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">studija iz 2009. godine<\/a> otkrila je da ekstrakt aronije poma\u017ee u smanjenju o\u0161tec\u0301enja c\u0301elija povezanih sa rakom dojke, \u0161to ukazuje na njegove za\u0161titne kvalitete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Antidijabeti\u010dki efekti aronije<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Istra\u017eivanja podr\u017eavaju antidijabeti\u010dke efekte aronije. U <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/25327310\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">studiji iz 2015.<\/a> na pacovima, otkriveno je da ekstrakt aronije ja\u010da imuni sistem i smanjuje upale povezane sa dijabetesom. Pored toga, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cambridge.org\/core\/journals\/british-journal-of-nutrition\/article\/an-extract-of-chokeberry-attenuates-weight-gain-and-modulates-insulin-adipogenic-and-inflammatory-signalling-pathways-in-epididymal-adipose-tissue-of-rats-fed-a-fructoserich-diet\/167B086A25A1C96A76CE72E3DD9B2B9F\/core-reader\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">studija iz 2012.<\/a> je otkrila da se ekstrakt aronije bori protiv insulinske rezistencije na nekoliko nivoa, \u0161to ukazuje na njegov potencijal kao pomoc\u0301 u prevenciji dijabetesa. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0955286316000413\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Studija iz 2016.<\/a> je dalje otkrila da aronija pozitivno uti\u010de na nivo glukoze u krvi i gojaznost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aronija i zdravlje organa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>U <a href=\"https:\/\/ffhdj.com\/index.php\/ffhd\/article\/view\/245\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">studiji iz 2016.<\/a> sa pacovima koji su imali o\u0161tec\u0301enje jetre, istra\u017eiva\u010di su otkrili da voc\u0301ni sok od aronije smanjuje te\u017einu i simptome o\u0161tec\u0301enja jetre. Sli\u010dna <a href=\"https:\/\/www.degruyter.com\/view\/j\/acve.2017.67.issue-1\/acve-2017-0010\/acve-2017-0010.xml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">studija iz 2017.<\/a> podr\u017eala je ovo otkric\u0301e, sugeri\u0161uc\u0301i da za\u0161titni efekti soka od aronije protiv o\u0161tec\u0301enja jetre mogu biti posledica njegove antioksidativne aktivnosti. U jo\u0161 jednoj <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/1422-0067\/18\/6\/1195\/htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">studiji o glodarima iz 2017. godine<\/a>, sok od aronije je smanjio te\u017einu simptoma kod pacova sa o\u0161tec\u0301enom sluznicom \u017eeluca, potencijalno povec\u0301anjem proizvodnje sluzi i borbom protiv oksidativnog stresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aronija i zdravlje arterija\/krvnih sudova<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0944711315003281\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Studija iz 2015.<\/a> sugerisala je da aronija mo\u017ee da za\u0161titi od bolesti koronarnih arterija spre\u010davanjem razvoja plaka u arterijama. Tako\u0111e je utvr\u0111eno da ekstrakti aronije i borovnice pobolj\u0161avaju opu\u0161tanje tkiva i protok krvi, a oba su od vitalnog zna\u010daja za prevenciju kardiovaskularnih bolesti. Utvr\u0111eno je da aronija ima najzna\u010dajnije efekte u le\u010denju vaskularnih bolesti. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC3600185\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Studija iz 2013.<\/a> podr\u017eala je ove nalaze, pokazujuc\u0301i da je aronija efikasna u smanjenju krvnog pritiska i da mo\u017ee pomoc\u0301i u borbi protiv visokog krvnog pritiska u arterijama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nutritivne vrednosti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prime\u0107eno je da ravnote\u017ea hranljivih sastojaka aronije mo\u017ee da varira u zavisnosti od faktora kao \u0161to su gde i kada je ubrana. Uprkos ovoj varijabilnosti, kao i druge bobice, aronija se generalno smatra bogatim izvorom hranljivih materija. Prema istoj recenziji, aronija sadr\u017ei sledec\u0301e nutritivne vrednosti:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vitamini:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vitamin C: 137-270 miligrama po kilogramu (mg\/kg)<br>Folat: 200 mikrograma po kilogramu (mg\/kg)<br>Vitamin B-1: 180 mg\/kg<br>Vitamin B-2: 200 mg\/kg<br>Vitamin B-6: 280 mg\/kg<br>Niacin: 3.000 mg\/kg<br>Pantotenska kiselina: 2.790 mg\/kg<br>Tokoferoli: 17,1 mg\/kg<br>Vitamin K: 242 mg\/kg<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Minerali:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Natrijum: 26 mg\/kg<br>Kalijum: 2.180 mg\/kg<br>Kalcijum: 322 mg\/kg<br>Magnezijum: 162 mg\/kg<br>Gvo\u017e\u0111e: 9,3 mg\/kg<br>Cink: 1,47 mg\/kg<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Va\u017eno je napomenuti da se sva gore navedena merenja odnose na te\u017einu sve\u017eeg bobica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako uvrstiti aroniju u ishranu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Postoje brojni na\u010dini da se konzumiraju bobice aronije, koje uklju\u010duju sve\u017ee, sokove ili prera\u0111ene kao dodatak ishrani. Ove raznovrsne bobice su tako\u0111e omiljeni sastojak raznih kulinarskih preparata, kao \u0161to su mafini, pite, kola\u010dic\u0301i, vino, d\u017eem, \u010daj, sokovi. Bilo kao preliv ili fil, bobice aronije se mogu koristiti u mnogim pekarskim proizvodima i desertima, dodajuc\u0301i o\u0161tar i ukusan pun\u010d svakom receptu. Pored toga, suplementi aronije su \u0161iroko dostupni u obliku ekstrakta, pru\u017eajuc\u0301i jednostavan i zgodan na\u010din da se iskoriste mnoge zdravstvene prednosti ovih super bobica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Potencijalni ne\u017eeljeni efekti i rizici<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Poznato je da bobice aronije imaju kiselkast ukus koji nabira u ustima, koji bi nekim pojedincima mogao biti neprijatan, ali nije verovatno da c\u0301e predstavljati bilo kakvu opasnost po zdravlje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako ne postoje dobro utvr\u0111eni dokazi o specifi\u010dnim opasnostima vezanim za konzumiranje aronije, nekoliko osoba mo\u017ee imati alergijsku reakciju na voc\u0301e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Klju\u010dne ta\u010dke<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aronija je visoko hranljiva hrana koja sadr\u017ei \u0161irok spektar esencijalnih vitamina i minerala, kao \u0161to su vitamin C, B i K, magnezijum, cink i gvo\u017e\u0111e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta\u010dan sadr\u017eaj hranljivih materija u aroniji mo\u017ee se razlikovati u zavisnosti od toga kako se uzgaja i obra\u0111uje, stoga, svaki brend treba posebno istra\u017eiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Istra\u017eivanja sugeri\u0161u da aronija mo\u017ee imati zna\u010dajne zdravstvene koristi u smislu prevencije odre\u0111enih karcinoma i smanjenja povezane \u0161tete po telo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pored toga, \u010dini se da aronija ima povoljan efekat na insulin i mo\u017ee pobolj\u0161ati imunolo\u0161ku funkciju. Ovi efekti mogu biti posebno korisni za osobe sa dijabetesom ili predijabetesom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stru\u010dnjaci veruju da bobice aronije mogu pomoc\u0301i u za\u0161titi jetre i smanjenju simptoma i o\u0161tec\u0301enja povezanih sa gastrointestinalnim poremec\u0301ajima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kona\u010dno, utvr\u0111eno je da aronija poma\u017ee u smanjenju krvnog pritiska i podsticanju opu\u0161tanja krvnih sudova.
