Iako se reklamira kao <strong>prirodan i bezbedan<\/strong>, najnoviji podaci pokazuju da mo\u017ee dovesti do <strong>ozbiljnih o\u0161te\u0107enja jetre<\/strong>, pa \u010dak i do <strong>otkazivanja ovog vitalnog organa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O kom dodatku je re\u010d \u2013 i za\u0161to ga mo\u017eda i vi nesvesno konzumirate?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zeleni \u010daj u kapsulama: \u010duvar zdravlja ili tihi otrov?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>U centru pa\u017enje na\u0161ao se popularni dodatak ishrani: <strong>ekstrakt zelenog \u010daja u kapsulama<\/strong>, poznat i kao <strong>EGCG (epigalokatehin-3-galat)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako se <strong>zeleni \u010daj kao napitak<\/strong> i dalje smatra bezbednim i \u010dak korisnim za zdravlje, <strong>koncentrisani ekstrakti<\/strong> koje ljudi uzimaju u obliku tableta ili kapsula pokazali su se <strong>toksi\u010dnim za jetru<\/strong> u ve\u0107im koli\u010dinama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako je otkriven rizik?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sve je po\u010delo kada su lekari u vi\u0161e zemalja prijavili <strong>neo\u010dekivane slu\u010dajeve o\u0161te\u0107enja jetre<\/strong> kod zdravih osoba koje su uzimale suplemente za mr\u0161avljenje. Nakon analize, utvr\u0111eno je da je zajedni\u010dki imenilac u ve\u0107ini slu\u010dajeva upravo ekstrakt zelenog \u010daja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WHO, u saradnji sa Evropskom agencijom za bezbednost hrane (EFSA), pokrenula je istragu i objavila da:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201ePostoji dovoljno dokaza da EGCG u dozama iznad 800 mg dnevno mo\u017ee izazvati povi\u0161ene nivoe enzima jetre, \u0161to ukazuje na o\u0161te\u0107enje. U te\u017eim slu\u010dajevima, prime\u0107eni su i slu\u010dajevi akutnog hepatitisa.&#8220;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Problem je u dozi \u2014 i nedostatku kontrole<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dok obi\u010dna \u0161olja zelenog \u010daja sadr\u017ei <strong>oko 50\u2013100 mg EGCG<\/strong>, kapsule \u010desto sadr\u017ee <strong>500 mg pa i vi\u0161e u jednoj dozi<\/strong>. A korisnici, vo\u0111eni reklamama, \u010desto uzimaju <strong>vi\u0161e puta dnevno<\/strong>, \u017eele\u0107i br\u017ee rezultate u mr\u0161avljenju ili \u201cdetoksikaciji\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodaci ishrani se u ve\u0107ini zemalja ne reguli\u0161u strogo kao lekovi. To zna\u010di da \u010desto <strong>nema jasnog upozorenja na pakovanju<\/strong>, a ni kontrole kvaliteta i sadr\u017eaja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako da znate da li ste u riziku?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako uzimate <strong>bilo kakav suplement za mr\u0161avljenje, energiju, detoks, ubrzanje metabolizma ili \u010di\u0161\u0107enje organizma<\/strong>, velika je \u0161ansa da sadr\u017ei upravo ekstrakt zelenog \u010daja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Simptomi o\u0161te\u0107enja jetre koje korisnici \u010desto ignori\u0161u:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Umor i malaksalost<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Blaga mu\u010dnina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u017dutilo beonja\u010da<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tamniji urin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Osetljivost u gornjem desnom delu stomaka<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovi simptomi se \u010desto pripisuju stresu ili \u201c\u010di\u0161\u0107enju tela\u201d, \u0161to dodatno odla\u017ee reakciju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Da li su svi dodaci sa zelenim \u010dajem opasni?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne. Kao i uvek, <strong>problem je u koli\u010dini i na\u010dinu upotrebe<\/strong>. Umerene koli\u010dine EGCG \u2013 do <strong>300 mg dnevno<\/strong>, po nekim procenama \u2013 ne pokazuju toksi\u010dnost kod zdravih osoba.
