Umesto toga, napravila je <strong>male, ali pametne promene<\/strong> koje su dale ogromne rezultate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u201eNisam vi\u0161e mogla da se gledam u ogledalo\u201c<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eSve je po\u010delo kada sam na proslavi ro\u0111endana jedva uspela da zakop\u010dam haljinu,\u201c ka\u017ee Jelka. \u201eNisam se vi\u0161e prepoznavala. Bila sam stalno umorna, zadihana, imala visok pritisak i holesterol.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lekar joj je preporu\u010dio da smanji telesnu te\u017einu zbog zdravlja. Ali, ka\u017ee Jelka, probala je ve\u0107 vi\u0161e od 10 dijeta u \u017eivotu \u2013 i nijedna nije trajala du\u017ee od dve nedelje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovog puta, odlu\u010dila je da uradi stvari <strong>druga\u010dije<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Prestala je da broji kalorije \u2013 i po\u010dela da razmi\u0161lja o kvalitetu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201ePre sam jela 1.200 kalorija dnevno i stalno bila gladna. Sada jedem vi\u0161e nego ikada \u2013 ali biram prave namirnice\u201c, ka\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izbacila je:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Belo bra\u0161no<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gazirane sokove<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grickalice uve\u010de<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A ubacila:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Doru\u010dak sa proteinima (jaja, sir, jogurt)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Povr\u0107e uz svaki obrok<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dve \u010da\u0161e vode pre svakog jela<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Rezultat? \u201eNisam vi\u0161e imala napade gladi. Nisam ni razmi\u0161ljala o slatki\u0161ima jer mi je telo bilo sito.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Kretanje, ali bez forsiranja<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jelka nije i\u0161la u teretanu. Umesto toga, <strong>svaki dan je \u0161etala 30\u201340 minuta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eKad je lepo vreme, idem do Limanskog parka. Kad pada ki\u0161a, \u0161etam po hodniku uz muziku. Nije bitno gde, samo da se telo kre\u0107e.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posle tri meseca, dodala je i <strong>ve\u017ebe za noge i stomak kod ku\u0107e<\/strong>, tri puta nedeljno po 15 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Psihologija mr\u0161avljenja: \u201eNe gledam vagu svaki dan\u201c<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedna od najva\u017enijih promena bila je <strong>u glavi<\/strong>, ka\u017ee Jelka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eRanije bih stala na vagu svakog jutra, i kad ne vidim rezultat \u2013 pojela bih krofnu iz besa. Sada vagam sebe samo jednom u dve nedelje, i pratim kako mi ode\u0107a stoji.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tako\u0111e je po\u010dela da vodi dnevnik \u2013 ne kalorija, ve\u0107 <strong>ose\u0107anja i navika<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Ne odri\u010de se omiljene hrane<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eJednom nedeljno pojedem kola\u010d. I dalje pravim gibanicu nedeljom. Ali sada uzmem manji komad, i ne jedem iz dosade.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nije joj cilj bio da se kazni \u2013 ve\u0107 da nau\u010di da <strong>u\u017eiva u hrani bez prejedanja<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Puna podr\u0161ka porodice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eMu\u017e i sin su mi rekli da sam im inspiracija. Po\u010deli su i oni da jedu zdravije jer sam ja kuvam za sve.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Njena porodica sada zajedno sprema obroke, jede za stolom \u2013 i ka\u017ee da su svi postali <strong>veseliji i energi\u010dniji<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rezultat: -28 kg, bez jo-jo efekta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Za 11 meseci Jelka je sa 93 kg do\u0161la na <strong>65 kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eNemam vise problema s pritiskom, ne zadi\u0161em se kad se penjem, spavam bolje i budim se nasmejana.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ona sada poma\u017ee drugima u Fejsbuk grupi gde deli recepte i savete: \u201eAko sam ja mogla s 52 godine i nula volje \u2013 mo\u017ee svako.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jelkin savet za kraj?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201eNe tra\u017ei savr\u0161eni plan.
