Tokom \u010ditavog dana mo\u017eete u\u017eivati u \u010dokoladi a da pri tome i mr\u0161avite? Postavlja se pitanje da li je to stvarno mogu\u0107e? \u00a0Kada pomislimo na \u010dokoladu uglavnom je povezujemo sa pove\u0107anjem kila\u017ee, gojazno\u0161\u0107u i \u010desto ose\u0107ajem krivice :) Sa \u010dokoladnom dijetom mo\u017eete o\u010dekivati da smr\u0161ate do 3kg, \u0161to je je ekvivalentno jednom konfekcijskom broju.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u010cokoladna dijeta se ne odnosi samo na uno\u0161enje \u010dokolade tokom \u010ditavog dana, ve\u0107 konzumiranje slatkih grehova kao \u0161to su testenine \u010dokolade i kokice u kombinaciji sa salatama i \u0161ejkovima.<\/p>\n<p>Tvorac \u010dokoladne dijete je\u00a0Lenny Neiman. Ona tvrdi da ova dijeta podsti\u010de ubrzanje metabolizma.<\/p>\n<p>Na nedavnoj studiji Univerziteta Kalifornija \u00a0utvrdjeno je da ljudi koji redovno konzumiraju \u010dokoladu imaju manje masnih naslaga, jer navdno iako \u010dokolada sadr\u017ei ve\u0107i broj kalorija ona tera va\u0161 metabolizam da br\u017ee radi.<\/p>\n<p>Istra\u017eiva\u010di i nau\u010dnici ve\u0107 godinama navode pozitivne efekte konzumiranja \u010dokolade, kao \u0161to su: smanjenje krvnog pritiska, glatka ko\u017ea, prevencija dijabetesa tipa 2, i sni\u017eavanje holesterola.<\/p>\n<p>Takodje nedavna studija Univerziteta\u00a0Cambridge je pokazala da osobe koje redovno konzumiraju \u010dokoladu imaju 2% manje \u0161anse od sr\u010danog udara i 37% manje \u0161anse od sr\u010danih oboljenja u odnosu na ljude koji stalno izbegavaju \u010dokoladu.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width: 500px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.najbrzadijeta.com\/slike\/dijeta-sa-cokoladom.jpg\" alt=\"Cokolada\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Cokolada sadr\u017ei veliku koncentraciju flavonoida sna\u017enog antioksidanta<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Flavonoid\" target=\"_blank\">Flavonoidi<\/a> su zaslu\u017eni za navedene pozitivne efekte \u010dokolade. Flavonoidi, koji se takodje nalaze u \u010daju i vinu, se pona\u0161aju kao antioksidanti koji poma\u017eu u eliminaciji slobodnih radikala koji uni\u0161tavaju \u0107elije.<\/p>\n<p>Crna \u010dokolada sa 40% kakao mase sadr\u017ei 5 puta ve\u0107u koncentraciju flavonoida nego bela \u010dokolada i 2 puta vi\u0161e nego mle\u010dna \u010dokolada. Dakle maksimalne zdravstvene benificije se ostvaruju ukoliko konzumirate crnu \u010dokoladu. Uglavnom najzdravije, odnosno sa najve\u0107om koncentracijom flavonoida, su one sa 70% kakao mase i vi\u0161e. Sa 80% su previ\u0161e gorke.<\/p>\n<p>Gore navedene pozitivne \u010dinjenice o \u010dokoladi su dovele do stvaranja \u010dokoladne dijete. <strong>Medjutim \u010dokoladna dijeta uop\u0161te nije idealno izbalansirana sa nutricionisti\u010dkog aspekta!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pre nego \u0161to po\u010dnete sa ovom dijetom koja nije idealno izbalansirana uradite <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.najbrzadijeta.com\/test\/\">test za idealno mr\u0161avljenje ovde<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pravila dijete:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1) Umesto sokova pijte toplu \u010dokoladu ili kapu\u0107ino. Dnevno 300ml mleka. Bez \u0161e\u0107era (mo\u017eete staviti ve\u0161ta\u010dki zasladjiva\u010d).<\/p>\n<p>2) Upotpunite obroke sa salatom od povr\u0107a i prelivom sa \u0161to manje masno\u0107a<\/p>\n<p>3) Pijte 6-8 \u010da\u0161a vode dnevno kako bi bili hidrirani<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u010cokoladna Dijeta:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zbog gore navedene \u010dinjenice da ova dijeta ne sadr\u017ei sve neophodne nutrijente ne sme se dr\u017eati du\u017ee od nekoliko dana.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zabranjene namirnice &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>\u0160ta treba izbegavati tokom dijete?<\/p>\n<p>Alkohol, so i \u0161e\u0107er, masno vo\u0107e npr. Avokado i masline, vo\u0107e sa puno kalorija kao \u0161to su smokve, brza hrana, \u010dips, keks, \u00a0ora\u0161aste proizvode, gazirane sokove, pr\u017eenu hranu i masne proizvode, crveno meso.<\/p>\n<p>Izmedju obroka je dozvoljena poslastica od nekoliko kockica crne \u010dokolade, ali sa velikim udelom kakao mase preko 70%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Doru\u010dak:<\/strong> vo\u0107e po izboru, ali da nije visokokalori\u010dno (suvo gro\u017edje i smokve) ili masno (masline, avokado, kokos). i Kokice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ru\u010dak:<\/strong> \u0160pagete koje ne sadr\u017ee zabranjene namirnice, salata od povr\u0107a i mo\u017ee po izboru sa testeninom.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Medjuobrok:<\/strong> Kokice, povr\u0107e, vo\u0107ni \u0161ejk koji mo\u017eete napraviti u blenderu. (po izboru samo da ne sadr\u017ei zabranjene namirnice)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ve\u010dera:<\/strong> testenina sa prelivom od paradajza i\/ili belog luka, povr\u0107e kuvano na pari, salata sa povr\u0107em sve\u017eim.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zaklju\u010dak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ova dijeta definitivno nije preporu\u010dljiva jer je kratkog daha i ne sadr\u017ei neophodne nutrijente za normalno funkcionisanje organizma. Iako \u010dokolada sadr\u017ei odre\u0111ene dobrobiti, ne treba preterivati sa konzumacijom. Kvalitetnu \u010dokoladu svakako mo\u017eede ponekad pojesti i uvrstiti u trenutni plan ishrane, ali ne kao svakodnevni stil ishrane.<\/p>\n<p>Nemojte se patiti sa ovakvim vrstama dijete odnosno gladovanja.
