Tvorac ove dijete je takodje\u00a0Walter Kempner.<\/p>\n<p>Ono \u0161to karkteri\u0161e ovu dijetu je nizak sadr\u017eaj natrijuma, sposobnost detoksikacije organizma, nizak nivo ugljenih hidrata u odnosu na klasi\u010dan hleb. Ri\u017ea kada se skuva poprimi veliku koli\u010dinu vode, \u0161aka neskuvanog pirni\u010da naraste do \u010da\u0161e skuvanog pirin\u010da.<\/p>\n<p>Tvorci dijete The Rice Diet Solution tvrde da pridr\u017eavanjem ove dijete mo\u017eete da skinete i <strong>do 9 kilograma za svega mesec dana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Princip ove dijete je konzumacija zdravih ugljenih hidrata, konkretno nepreradjenih celih zrna ili minimalno preradjenih, vo\u0107a, povr\u0107a i mahunarki. Konzumacijom idealno izbalansiranih obroka stvori\u0107ete kalorijski deficit i izbe\u0107i momenat gladovanja. Prva faza dijete sa ri\u017eom je detoksikacija, a cilj je da tokom dana unesete maksimalno 1000 kalorija.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Plan ishrane za jedan dan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Doru\u010dak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Doru\u010dak je najbitniji obrok za ovu dijetu. Obezbedjuje neophodnu energiju za po\u010detak dana i pokre\u0107e metabolizam. Veoma je bitno da ne preska\u010dete doru\u010dak jer dijeta sa ri\u017eom zabranjuje grickalice izmedju obroka.
