Dijetu sa medom ili Hibernacionu dijetu je stvorio Mike McInnes, farmaceut iz \u0160kotske i njegov sin Stuart. Ideju je dobio dok je pomagao atleti\u010darima oko pravilne ishrane. Otkrio je da konzumiranje hrane bogate fruktozom (vo\u0107ni \u0161e\u0107er) kao \u0161to je su\u0161eno vo\u0107e ili med poma\u017ee u skidanju kilograma i pove\u0107anju snage.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Dobrobiti meda<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Uvek su nam stariji ljudi govorili da jedemo med \u0161to \u010de\u0161\u0107e ali retko kada su zaista znali za\u0161to je med dobar. Pozitivni nutricionisti\u010dki efekti meda bele\u017ee se jo\u0161 iz vremena starih Grka i Egip\u0107ana. Bogat antioksidantima sa antisepti\u010dkim i antibakterijskim dejstvima, po mnogima predstavlja savr\u0161enu namirnicu za po\u010detak dana.<\/p>\n<p>Med se i dan danas koristi u svrhe alternativne medicine. Sadr\u017ei glukozu i fruktozu, kao i minerale: magnezijum, kalcijum, kalijum, sumpor, gvo\u017edje, fosfat, natrijum hlorid. U zavisnosti od vrste i kvaliteta meda sadr\u017ei i B1, B2, C, B6, B5 i B3 vitamine.<\/p>\n<p>Med sadr\u017ei invertni \u0161e\u0107er koji ima svojstvo davanja instant energije pri uno\u0161enju. Takodje u nekim slu\u010dajevima med poma\u017ee pri le\u010denju alergija.\u00a0 Ali kako se med pokazao kao dijeta?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Da li je dijeta s medom java ili san?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div>Ideja ove dijete zasniva se na tome da telo tro\u0161i najvi\u0161e kalorija tokom prvih 4 sata spavanja i da mogu svi da je primenjuju (osim onih koji imaju alergiju na med). Po navodima autora neophodno je da pre spavanja uzmete 1-2 ka\u0161ike meda. Za\u0161to?<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Jer na taj na\u010din \u0107emo odr\u017eati izbalansiran nivo \u0161e\u0107era u krvi i naterati telo da u prvih 4 sata spavanja koristi energiju iz masnih naslaga. Pored konzumiranja meda pre spavanja, autor preporu\u010duje 2-3 intenzivna ali kratka (15 minuta) treninga nedeljno. U gore navedenu dijetu po izboru i volji mo\u017eete dodati limun.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.najbrzadijeta.com\/blog\/limun-dijeta-odlicna-detoksikacija\/\">Limun je vo\u0107ka izuzetno bogata vitaminom C<\/a> (limun nemojte cediti u vru\u0107 \u010daj jer \u0107e izgubiti vitamine!). Uvrstite sok od limuna (bez \u0161e\u0107era), iscedite limun u \u010daj, dodajte limun u salate, ukoliko Vam nije previ\u0161e kiselo pojedite ceo limun kao u\u017einu, samo pozitivno mo\u017ee doneti.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Cimet i med dijeta<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Podeljena su mi\u0161ljenja po pitanju ukusa cimeta. Neko ga obo\u017eava a neko prezire. Cimet ima mno\u0161to pozitivnih dejstava na ko\u017eu, imuni sistem, prehlade. U jednoj japanskoj studiji otkriveno je da kombinacija meda i cimeta blagotvorno deluje i otklanja gasove i nadutos stomaka.
