Dijeta 10% polazi od toga da za 3 nedelje se smanji deset posto telesne te\u017eine. Vi\u0161e je koncept mr\u0161avljenja nego dijeta jer je primenjiva uz ostale: atkinsonova dijeta, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.najbrzadijeta.com\/blog\/mesna-dijeta\/\">mesna dijeta<\/a>, dukanova.<\/p>\n<p>Kao \u0161to ve\u0107 svi znamo, ukoliko se nakon 3 nedelje vratite na prethodni re\u017eim ishrane vrati\u0107e se i kilogrami. Jo-jo efekat se odnosi na termin gde nakon primene raznih dijeta i planova ishrane se vra\u0107ate na staro. Naziv jo-jo je nastao na univerzitetu Yayle, gde je Kelly D. Prva faza se odnosi na period mr\u0161avljenja gde je neophodno primeniti dole naveden jelovnik, druga faza traje 20 dana odnosno 3 nedelje i predstavlja period odr\u017eavanja postignute telesne te\u017eine\u00a0 i privikavanje organizma na novu kila\u017eu.<\/p>\n<p>Preporuka je da se tokom primene dijete 10 posto pove\u0107a fizi\u010dka aktivnost.<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161e telo je pametno, i preko raznih signala te\u017ei da odr\u017eava te\u017einu oko 10% vi\u0161e ili manje od trenutne. Zna\u010di ako imate 60 kilograma telo \u0107e do\u017eiveti \u201e\u0161ok\u201c ukoliko se ugojimo 10% vi\u0161e ili isto toliko smr\u0161amo.\u00a0 Prekomerno uno\u0161enje hrane mo\u017ee da pomuti kontrolni sistem i da granicu koju telo do\u017eivljava kao normalnu pove\u0107a.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. George Blackburn savetuje da nakon bilo koje dijete telu treba nekoliko meseci da se privikne na novu te\u017einu i da zbog nedostatka ove faze veoma \u010desto dolazi do vra\u0107anja kilograma (jo-jo efekta). Takodje, tokom perioda odr\u017eavanja te\u017eine pored gubitka kilograma usvoji\u0107ete i zdrave navike koje \u0107e osigurati da va\u0161e telo zauvek bude u granicama normalne te\u017eine:\u00a0 navika redovne fizi\u010dke aktivnosti, manje porcije&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Ukoliko se odlu\u010dite za brz gubitak kilograma predstavljamo Vam plan ishrane za dijetu deset posto: (nemojte se iznenaditi ukoliko dodje do jojo efekta)<\/p>\n<p>Tokom dijete mo\u017eete konzumirati kafu i \u010daj, ali pod uslovom da nisu zasladjeni.<\/p>\n<p>Dozvoljena je so i maslinovo ulje.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Dijeta 10 posto jelovnik za 3 nedelje<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Prva nedelja \u2013 odnosi se na detoksikaciju i \u010di\u0161\u0107enje organizma<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ponedeljak<\/span> \u2013 <\/b>mo\u017eete konzumirati bilo koje povr\u0107e \u0161to uklju\u010duje i kuvano i sirovo, varivo, krompir salatu<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>Utorak<\/b><\/span> \u2013 kuvano meso, samo je va\u017eno naglasiti da je zabranjeno jesti meso koje je pe\u010deno na ulju<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>Sreda<\/b><\/span> \u2013 Palenta i ri\u017ea (mo\u017eete dodati za\u010dine i maslinovo ulje)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>\u010cetvrtak<\/b><\/span> \u2013 svi mle\u010dni proizvodi su dozvoljeni<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>Petak<\/b><\/span> \u2013 dan kada su svi oblici jaja dozvoljeni, bilo da su kuvana, pe\u010dena, po\u0161irana. Naravno mo\u017eete po svom izboru dodati za\u010dine i maslinovo ulje.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>Subota<\/b><\/span> \u2013 u \u0161estom danu mo\u017eete jesti smao kuvano ili sve\u017ee vo\u0107e. Treba izbegavati sve \u0161to je preradjeno i za\u0161e\u0107ereno kao \u0161to su sokovi (osim ako ste ih vi cedili), kompoti sa \u0161e\u0107erom i sli\u010dno.<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Nedelja<\/span> \u2013<\/b> riba i meso, samo je bitno da meso nije pohovano.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Druga nedelja \u2013 u prvoj nedelji svaki dan je imao drugu vrstu namirnica. Ove nedelje je dozvoljeno me\u0161anje vi\u0161e vrsta namirnica u istom danu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ponedeljak<\/span> \u2013 <\/b>Dozvoljeno je kuvano meso i povr\u0107e, ali je bitno da meso ne bude pohovano.\u00a0 Riba je dozvoljena umesto mesa.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>Utorak<\/b><\/span>\u00a0&#8211; ponoviti prethodni dan<\/p>\n<p><b>Sreda<\/b> \u2013 Svi oblici ri\u017ee pome\u0161ani sa povr\u0107em (pustite ma\u0161toi na volju)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>\u010cetvrtak<\/b><\/span> \u2013 Malo se razlikuje od \u010detvrtka prve nedelje, jer pored mle\u010dnih proizvoda dozvoljeno je konzumiranje salate, jaja i vo\u0107a.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>Petak<\/b><\/span> \u2013 dozvoljena su jaja u svim oblicima<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>Subota <\/b><\/span>\u2013 samo vo\u0107e<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>Nedelja <\/b><\/span>\u2013 Ponovo mesni dan sa dozvoljenim dodavanjem povr\u0107a i zabranjenim pohovanjem. Takodje prilozi koji nisu dozvoljeni su: ri\u017ea, mahunarke, krompir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tre\u0107a nedelja<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Identi\u010dno kao prva nedelja<\/p>\n<h2><strong>20 dana nakon dijete<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Druga faza dijete 10 posto se odnosi na odr\u017eavanje postignute te\u017eine. Tokom 20 dana neophodno je da se pridr\u017eavate slede\u0107ih pravila:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 litra vode (i\/ili limunade bez dodataka \u0161e\u0107era)<\/li>\n<li>3 \u0161olje zelenog \u010daja dnevno<\/li>\n<li>Izbegavajte hranu kao \u0161to su peciva, burek, fast food, hleb<\/li>\n<li>Pijte 200ml jogurta dnevno<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Saveti koji poma\u017eu pri mr\u0161avljenju<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Redovno ve\u017ebanje poma\u017ee<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Da bi odredjena radnja postala navika neophodno je oko 30 dana ponavljanja, sa \u0161to manjim psihi\u010dkim preprekama pre po\u010detka izvodjenja radnje. Odredjena istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da ljudi koji su jeli iz plavog tanjira su smanjili ukupan broj une\u0161enih kalorija.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gledaj sebe, ne super zvezde!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Najbolje je \u017eeljenu i idealnu te\u017einu gledati na osnovu kilograma koje ste pre imali nego pratiti koju novu pilulu su prona\u0161le holivudske zvezde.<\/p>\n<p><strong>25 kalorija na 1 kg<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jedite 25 kalorija na svaki kilogram telesne te\u017eine. Tako \u0107ete pove\u0107ati \u0161anse uspeha dijete 10 posto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jedite polako<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mozgu je potrebno i do 15 minuta da dobije signal da je potreba za hranom zadovoljena. Zato jedite polako bez ometanja, to mo\u017ee da dovede i do 40% manjeg unosa hrane od onih koji brzo jedu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Merilo je zdravlje<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nemojte isklju\u010divo gledati na konfekcijski broj kao glavni pokazatelj uspe\u0161nosti dijete.
