Od pomfrita koji je postao svetski poznat, do sve\u017ee salate i 100% \u010diste govedine u na\u0161im hamburgerima, mi smo posve\u0107eni serviranju samo najboljega vama.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Original na Engleskom jeziku: \u201cOur goal is quality above all else. From the potatoes that become World Famous Fries to the fresh produce in our salads and the 100% pure beef in our burgers, we\u2019re committed to serving you the very best.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ne znam da li vi verujete u ovo ali ja se uvek setim <a href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/2013\/11\/20\/fast-food-truths_n_4296243.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">eksperimenta koji je ra\u0111en u periodu od 2008 do 2012 godine<\/a> u kojem je pomfrit McDonald&#8217;s-a i KFC-a ostavljen u teglama da se raspada.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-752\" src=\"http:\/\/www.najbrzadijeta.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/pomfrit-mcdonalds.jpg\" alt=\"pomfrit-mcdonalds\" width=\"570\" height=\"425\" srcset=\"https:\/\/najbrzadijeta.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/pomfrit-mcdonalds.jpg 570w, https:\/\/najbrzadijeta.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/pomfrit-mcdonalds-300x223.jpg 300w, https:\/\/najbrzadijeta.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/pomfrit-mcdonalds-402x300.jpg 402w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 570px) 100vw, 570px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Kao \u0161to mo\u017eete da vidite na ovoj slici, McDonald&#8217;s pomfrit je ostao nepromenjen, dok je KFC pomfrit uhvatila bu\u0111 i kao \u0161to vidite uop\u0161te ne izgleda kao pomfrit.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160ta li se nalazi u ovom pomfritu kada i posle 4 godine izgleda isto?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mcdonalds.com\/us\/en\/food\/product_nutrition.snackssides.6050.small-french-fries.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Po navodima McDonald&#8217;s-a<\/a>, pored krompira ima so, dekstrozu, biljno ulje, hidrogenizovano sojino ulje, prirodnu aromu govedine (!) i natrijev pirofosfat.<\/p>\n<p>Zahvaljuju\u0107i prirodnoj aromi govedine, pomfrit i sva ostala hrana koju McDonald&#8217;s proizvodi nije za vegetarijance i vegane. Nekada davno kada ljudi nisu znali kada \u0107e naredni obrok da bude, masne naslage su imale svoju korisnu funkciju talo\u017eenja energije. Me\u0111utim danas, u moderno doba, vi\u0161ak kilograma nam uglavnom smeta iz estetskih razloga a tako\u0111e i dovodi do nastanka brojnih bolesti.<\/p>\n<p>Pored talo\u017eenja masti, dekstroza tako\u0111e uti\u010de i na rast nivoa \u0161e\u0107era u krvi. Za osobe koje imaju dijabetes, hiperglikemija (brz i zna\u010dajan rast nivoa \u0161e\u0107era u krvi) nastaje kada unesemo dekstrozu u organizam. Kada se ovo dogodi, pankreas radi prekomerno i organizam ne zna kako da reaguje.<\/p>\n<p>Me\u0111utim i osobe koje nemaju dijabetes treba da budu zabrinute. Hiperglikemija mo\u017ee da se desi i njima.<\/p>\n<p>Za razliku od dijabeti\u010dara, \u0107elije u na\u0161em organizmu razumeju da prevelike koli\u010dine inzulina proizvedeno tokom hiperglikemije su \u0161tetna za na\u0161a tkiva. Tada \u0107elije po\u010dinju da absorbuju velike koli\u010dine \u0161e\u0107era u krvi pa je onda rezultat nizak nivo \u0161e\u0107era u krvi!<\/p>\n<p>Nizak nivo \u0161e\u0107era u krvi dovodi do <a href=\"http:\/\/www.healthline.com\/health\/hypoglycemia#Symptoms2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">simptoma<\/a> kao \u0161to su:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ubrzan rad srca<br \/>\n&#8211; Nagle promene raspolo\u017eenja<br \/>\n&#8211; Nagli ose\u0107aj nervoze<br \/>\n&#8211; Umor<br \/>\n&#8211; Glavobolja<br \/>\n&#8211; Glad<br \/>\n&#8211; Drhtavica<br \/>\n&#8211; Znojenje<\/p>\n<p>Ako ste se ikada ose\u0107ali umorno nakon obroka u McDonald&#8217;s-u, to ne treba da vas \u010dudi! Me\u0111utim ovo je ne\u0161to druga\u010dije!<\/p>\n<p>Ova supstanca se \u010desto koristi tokom pe\u010denja kako bi pomogla o\u010duvanju boje hrane. Me\u0111utim ovo se ne koristi u svim zemljama u kojima McDonald\u2019s posluje, jer su druga\u010dije zakonske regulative. Ako ste nekada probali McDonald\u2019s hranu u drugim zemljama verovatno ste primetili da je druga\u010dijeg ukusa u nekim zemljama.<\/p>\n<p>U ovu rozu sluz se dodaje amonijak kako bi smanjila neprirodna boja i kako bi se ubili sve mikroorganizmi.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mcdonalds.com\/us\/en\/your_questions\/our_food\/do-you-use-so-called-pink-slime-in-your-burgers.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">McDonald\u2019s navodi<\/a> da se ova roza sluz ne koristi u pljeskavicama od 100% gove\u0111eg mesa.
